Islanders Selected in the Junior Drafts

Congratulations to the Cape Breton West Islanders players selected in the recent Junior drafts. In the QMJHL draft, Bradley Kennedy was selected in the 3^rd round by the Charlottetown Islanders (formerly PEI Rocket) and Colby Tower went to the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles in round 5.
In the Maritime Hockey League Junior A draft, goaltender Blade Mann-Dixon was the first overall pick to the Valley Jr A Wildcats, in the 3^rd round Bradley Kennedy was taken by Pictou Weeks Crushers and Alex Bonaparte was taken by the Miramichi Timberwolves.
